Benefits of Membership
Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority Inc. understands that sisterhood means more than wearing the same letters because sisterhood extends to all sorority women. It's the military esprit de corps, that comes forth when you meet another woman who wears Greek letters and has protected and served her country, that reflects what a treasure it is to be part of something so worthwhile.
Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc. offers an alternative to other Military Organizations, focusing on our 5 Pillars of Purpose: Sisterhood, Stewardship, Solidarity, Scholarship, and Service, which are deeply embedded in the programs and initiatives created by the founders to nurture and grow our members and serve our veteran community. Members are privy to leadership opportunities, community service, supportive relationships, philanthropic projects, veteran initiatives, and becoming a part of an international network.
Eligibility
Membership in Alpha Gamma Xi is open to women who served honorably for a minimum of two years in the United States Armed Forces. University ROTC cadets and Widows awarded Veteran status are also eligible for membership.
